What is included in the setup fee?
Setup gets you fully operational: your own private analytics environment loaded with the data you need, configured so your staff can start asking questions on day one. Pro and Elite plans also include a live onboarding call with your team.
Can we use the AI tools we already have — ChatGPT, Copilot, or another?
Yes. The setup is built to work with whichever AI tool your staff prefers — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or others. You are not locked in to any single AI provider.
Why are the AI query costs so low?
Hockey analytics queries are structured and focused. A typical game recap costs about €0.05 to run. Starter and Pro plans include a monthly budget that covers most teams' usage without any extra charges.
Which competitions can we track?
We can set up coverage for the competitions that matter to your organization — professional leagues, European leagues, junior leagues, or a combination. Contact us with your needs and we will confirm what is possible.
What are the prices in Swedish kronor (SEK)?
Approximate SEK prices: Starter — 15,000 kr setup + 1,500 kr/month. Pro — 45,000 kr setup + 5,000 kr/month. Elite — 150,000 kr setup + 9,900 kr/month. Exact amounts depend on the EUR/SEK rate at invoicing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter includes a 14-day free trial for one team — no credit card required. Full access to everything the plan includes. After the trial, subscribe or walk away.
Can query costs change?
AI query rates are set by the underlying model providers and outside our control. We pass them through at cost with zero mark-up. If rates change, we notify you at least 30 days before it affects your billing.
What if our club has data in spreadsheets or legacy systems?
Not a problem. If your club has existing data in custom formats or spreadsheets that you want included, we scope and quote that work upfront before any contract is signed — no surprises on your invoice.
